Workmen’s Compensation Policy
What is Workmen’s Compensation?
This policy provides compensation for employees who suffer work-related injuries or occupational diseases, including death arising from such incidents. It also covers disability benefits and medical expenses resulting from injuries sustained in the course of employment. The policy period runs from 1 April each year to 31 March of the following year.

Your liability for employee’s death or injury resulting from employment accidents, or illnesses.

Compensation in case of employee death, permanent disablement, temporary partial disablement, and total temporary incapacity as a result of an employment injury or disease.

Medical expenses up to E220,000.00 for employment injuries or illnesses

E20,000 Burial Expenses plus 48 months’ earnings for the deceased

Permanent Total disability pays 54month’s earnings

Permanent partial disability pays awarded disability % by 54 months

Temporary Total incapacity pays 75% of earnings

Up to E1,000,000 for claims by employees for injury or illness caused by your negligence.
