Our Service Charter

At Lidwala Insurance we are passionate about SERVICE. Which is why we are committed to a customer centric SERVICE CHARTER to ensure that we give the highest level of SERVICE at the quickest turnaround times.

Through this CHARTER, we commit to

  • Issuing quotations within 24 hours of receipt
  • Issuing new policies within 5 working days from the day of receipt
  • Issuing endorsements or cessions within 5 working days from receipt
  • Sending out policy renewals at least 6 weeks before the renewal date

With regards to our Claims processing, we commit to

  • Acknowledge a new claim and send out all necessary documents to the claimant within 2 working days
  • Settle all minor/ straight forward claims with 2 working days from the date of receipt if all relevant documents have been submitted
  • Settle all claims queries within 2 working days
  • Appoint an Assessor for complex or substantial losses within 2 working days and issue progress reports to clients every week until matter is concluded.
